💛💛 Protect your mental health in advance
Schedule therapy support group, check-in, or quiet days before or after major gatherings.
Use grounding practices, breathing, body scans, tapping to regulate the nervous system.
Build a personal ritual of comfort-tea, music journaling affirmations-before and after events.
