Me and My Nanna, LLC, have highly skilled, experienced and loving RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCTs, and PCAs, there is always a modicum of confidence, reliability and trust executed with every patient, client and member served. Our uncanny abilities to work closely with your physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that your care plan is carried out exactly as ordered is what we capture when completing our care plan for you. We also are contracted with several pediatric hospitals in the Atlanta and Metro Areas to provide those unique, highly specialized services as well. Whether you are referred to us by your insurance group, physician, care management organization (CMO), or you heard about us from a friend, we stand ready to walk with you on this journey…and to serve.
