🎉 Welcome to the Board, Sharae Harris! As the Director, Legal – Franchise at Chick-fil-A, Inc., she provides strategic legal counsel and partners cross-functionally to support the business. Prior to joining Chick-fil-A in 2020, Sharae served as Assistant General Counsel at Cotiviti, Inc., and held various roles at The Coca-Cola Company, supporting a wide range of business functions. Her background also includes government service handling sensitive legal matters and private practice at national law firms. She earned her Juris Doctor, cm laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University. She is deeply committed to service and is honored to serve as a Board Member of SwemKids.
