Feminist Women's Health Center provides safe and compassionate abortion and gynecological care to all who need it without judgement. We are the only locally based organization that both provides healthcare while also advocating to protect reproductive rights and laws.

Feminist Center is partnering with Jacob Engelsman, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, infant care specialist, speaker, writer and author for a new offering titled, What to Expect When You're Expecting!*

*Attendees can expect to learn essential information about birth preparation and infant care in a supportive, understanding environment that does not center gender. This offering acknowledges and appreciates the nuance of parenthood and childcare meaning we encourage those who experience parenthood directly or by extension to join us and come with their boiling questions!

January 22nd marks the would-be anniversary of the iconic case, Roe v. Wade. Some regard this day solemnly-nostalgic for what Roe v. Wade afforded civilians.

We know that Roe never delivered the promised access for our communities.

Roe allowed states like Georgia to layer on restrictions that put abortion out of reach for many Southerners long before Georgia’s 6 week abortion ban.

Beyond establishing a legal right to abortion care, we must create the societal conditions that allow people to actually exercise true reproductive freedom and autonomy.

We must urge our lawmakers to pass the Georgia Reproductive Freedom Act.

Feminist Center is partnering with Jacob Engelsman, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, infant care specialist, speaker, writer and author for a new offering titled, Inclusive Pathways to Parenthood! 🚼

In this workshop, we will be touching on topics such as gestation as a TGNC+ parent and how to take care of a newborn. The setting will be interactive like that of a support group for attendees to ask questions and talk amongst each other.

All are welcome, however this space is intentionally geared towards TGNC+ folx.

Feminist Center is in search of a seasoned Director of Development to craft and execute winning fundraising strategies that meet our current moment and fuel the work for generations to come.

The Director of Development partners closely with the Executive Director to level-up our fundraising strategies as a whole, with an emphasis on our major giving program and grant portfolio. The Director of Development will serve as a core leader for our 50th anniversary campaign in 2026, including overseeing a major fundraiser.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute an impactful strategy that leaves supporters feeling connected to our legacy and activated to fund our future. As part of the campaign, the Director will also lead the launch of a bold, forward-looking endowment. Supervising a Development Manager, this position oversees small-dollar donor cultivation efforts, grant writing, and CRM maintenance.
