School counselors, this is your Monday reminder: what you do matters more than you may ever see. 💛

Every conversation, student check-in, and family connection helps shape a student’s path.

Seeds are being planted, even when you can’t see them yet. 🌱

You are impactful. You are needed. You are making a difference.

Have a great week supporting students and yourself. ✨

GSCA’s next webinar of 2026 is on Wednesday, March 11 from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. This webinar, presented by Adjunct Professor, Dr. Maritza Cha. Undocumented students’ educational experiences are shaped by intersecting identities related to race, language, socioeconomic status, and family structure. This session supports school counselors in examining how these intersections influence students’ mental health, academic engagement, and access to postsecondary pathways. Webinars are free for GSCA members and only $25 for non-members.
