Welcome to Georgia Sports Physical Therapy (GSPT)!! We are an outpatient facility that specializes in treating injuries sustained from athletic activity. General orthopedic conditions, whether acute or chronic in nature, are also treated here. Lamar Frasier, owner and founder of GSPT, has seven years of experience rehabilitating musculoskeletal, biomechanical and soft tissue driven pathologies. Ou

r primary goal is to accurately identify the root of your dysfunction, then formulate a detailed treatment plan to restore proper function. GSPT and their patients work as a unit toward quick, safe return to your sport or activity that has been affected by your condition.
