Georgia Sports Physical Therapy Atlanta's premiere sports medicine physical therapy facility, specializing in the treatment of orthopedic injuries and conditions.

Welcome to Georgia Sports Physical Therapy (GSPT)!! We are an outpatient facility that specializes in treating injuries sustained from athletic activity. General orthopedic conditions, whether acute or chronic in nature, are also treated here. Lamar Frasier, owner and founder of GSPT, has seven years of experience rehabilitating musculoskeletal, biomechanical and soft tissue driven pathologies. Our primary goal is to accurately identify the root of your dysfunction, then formulate a detailed treatment plan to restore proper function. GSPT and their patients work as a unit toward quick, safe return to your sport or activity that has been affected by your condition.

Ever wondered what dry needling looks like in action? Here’s Dr. Makayla’s Guide to Needling✨:
1️⃣ Locate the targeted muscle and carefully insert the needle!
2️⃣ Connect electrodes to stimulate the muscle and create small pulses that help release tension and improve mobility.
