Holiday travel reminder: don’t forget your sunscreen. ✈️☀️❄️

Whether you’re headed to the beach, the mountains, or simply spending more time outdoors, UV exposure doesn’t take a holiday and neither should your SPF.

Dermatologist-backed tips for healthy sunscreen use:
*Choose a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every day
*Apply two finger-lengths for the face and neck
*Put sunscreen on last in your skincare routine, before makeup
*Reapply every 2 hours outdoors (and after swimming or sweating)
*Don’t forget high-risk areas: ears, lips, scalp, hands, and around the eyes

Keep in mind:
*Snow reflects UV rays.
*Water intensifies sun exposure.
