Shoulder replacement surgery can be life-changing for people with chronic pain and limited mobility when conservative treatments haven’t helped.

👉 Here’s what you should know:
• The procedure replaces damaged joint surfaces to reduce pain and improve function.
• Most patients begin gentle movement and physical therapy soon after surgery — and sticking with your rehab plan is key for the best outcome.
• Recovery takes time — follow your surgeon’s instructions, protect the joint as directed, and listen to your body.

🦶 Tuesday Tip: What Is Ankle Instability? 👣

Ankle instability happens when your ankle feels wobbly or frequently “gives way,” especially during walking, running, or on uneven surfaces. It’s most often the result of previous ankle sprains that didn’t fully heal or were not completely rehabilitated, leaving the ligaments (the stabilizing bands of tissue around the ankle) stretched or weak.

👉 Common signs include:
• Repeated ankle sprains or rolls
• A feeling that your ankle “gives out”
• Pain, tenderness, or swelling around the joint
• A sense of imbalance or instability when moving

For the second time in franchise history, the Seattle Seahawks are Super Bowl champions.

Led by their defense and Super Bowl MVP running back Kenneth Walker III, the Seahawks stymied the New England Patriots 29-13 in Super Bowl LX. Nicknamed the "Dark Side," the Seahawks' defense wreaked havoc on regular-season MVP runner-up quarterback Drake Maye, sacking him six times and forcing him to turn the ball over three times.

Seattle controlled the game from start to finish, defeating New England 29-13 to win Super Bowl LX.

Grip smarter, not harder 💪
When working out, gripping weights too tightly can place excessive stress on the forearm muscles and tendons—often contributing to elbow pain and overuse injuries.

A controlled, relaxed grip combined with proper form helps protect your joints and keeps you training safely. If elbow pain is slowing you down, a sports medicine specialist can help identify the cause and get you back to doing what you love.
