Route Decelerations
Line Hops for SPEED (Side & Fwd/Bwd)
Fwd/Lateral Bounds
Resisted Side Shuffle Decelerations
Route Breaks
Isometric Series (not filmed)

Everything done here was with extreme effort and intent on every rep. There wasn’t a drill, route, or even step that was performed without game day performance in mind. Staying consistently locked in and focused on the smallest details is a big reason why he’s in his 12th year in the league.

Little bit of a late announcement but I’m excited to announce I’ve started work with the New Orleans Saints Strength Staff for the duration of training camp as well as the preseason. Extremely grateful to the Saints Organization as well as Tulane University for allowing me to take part in a great opportunity and blessing that I plan on learning a lot from 🙏🏾
