We can share insights about the environment, but predicting individual experiences is tricky since everyone’s journey is unique.

If you feel yourself getting into a funk, one way to feel better is to change your environment (if you can). Maybe you can go to the park, go to the cafe, go to a museum, or go to the library. If you feel like you can't do anything, just move from the bed to the couch. A change of scenery, even slightly, can help shift your perspective.
