I had a birthday last month and it was the greatest.

I took my first shot of Wegovy today and it wasn’t bad.

I took the left photo in 2023 and the other is current.

I’ve gained a little bit of weight (PCOS is still there), but I’m going to hold onto these curves as long as I can! ❤️

It’s been a bit, but I’m still here and feeling stronger! 💪🏾

I was taking care of my skin, using a product to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks, and I started thinking about my journey….. 🤔

I’ve come a long way since my heavier days when my stretch marks would stretch so far they would start bleeding. 😣

I’m proud of how far I’ve come and I’m committed to continuing to take care of myself, knowing that every healthy choice brings me closer to my goals. 🥹

Oh yeah… this was me. Between DEPRESSION and PCOS… I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. It took a bit… more so a lifetime, but I’m finally in a good place. 🫶🏾

I have and it’s a struggle!

Now this did not help with my obesity back then and there’s no cure for it, but it can be managed.

When I had my surgery it helped with the obesity. However I still struggle and that complicates my existing: and eating disorders. What this also gave me is

With PCOS, the ovaries may produce high levels of androgen.

Now having too much interferes with ovulation. This means that eggs don't develop on a regular basis and aren't released from the follicles where they develop.

Excess androgen also can result in and .

As I said… this isn’t going anywhere so I have an system that helps keep it under control.

Do NOT let ANYONE make you feel bad for something you have NO CONTROL over.
