Happy Lunar New Year, and solar eclipse day, and Mardi Gras, and Ramadan, and all the other things today (including lots of astro activity in the skies!). Some scenes from the pre and post class rituals yesterday! Along the many special parts of the night—a stunning sunset, the best feelings of warmth, friendship, and community, setting intentions for the new year, and a visit from a coyote right outside our studio window (in downtown ATL!) in the middle of our yoga class! Hope you’re all having a magical day! and I had a great time planning this event with rituals and practices designed to help us release, reflect, and manifest. Narin Hassan Totonchi

Glimpses from our previous mini-retreat. Our studio space brings opportunities for you to explore a range of wellness modalities and connect with community. We have just a few spots left for Align and Aspire, our Jan. 2026 New Year/New Moon day retreat tomorrow, which includes Pilates, Restorative and more active yoga sessions, sound bath experiences, and a chance to mingle, reflect, and nourish. Join us for the full day from 9:30am-2:45pm or for half day sessions. We hope to see you for a day of self-care and community care on this first new moon of 2026 weekend! .yoga

New class begins tonight before the usual Wed. restorative class at 6:35–join me for a more active, “Strength, Length, and Motion” at 5:45pm.
Stay on for a chill wind down of restorative yoga afterwards at 6:35 or just do either class. I’m offering this class on Wednedays in January and if it is a popular time/class we’ll keep it going. Hope to see you!

ALIGN AND ASPIRE: A NEW YEAR/NEW MOON 2026 MINI RETREAT

Join us for a day of self-care, intention setting, and healing to mark the new year on Saturday, Jan. 17 from 9:30am-2:30pm.
This is a good time to embrace change and the shift of the year, find balance within, and express deep gratitude for the abundance of life and your potential.
We are coming together for this day-retreat experience which includes yoga classes, a Pilates mat class, and a sound bath. Light refreshments will be served during the break. There will also be time for some journaling, self-reflection, and socializing.
Join us for the full day or for a half day.

Sessions/Offerings as follows:
9:30am Pilates with Anna Ruth
10:45am Restoratives and Yoga for the Lymphatic System with Narin
12-12:30pm Break
12:30pm Iyengar Yoga with Lynn
1:45pm Sound Bath with Regina
2:30pm: Wrap Up/Closing reflections
Registration: Half Day: $50 for either morning or afternoon; Full Day $90 for the whole experience!

We have two opportunities to practice this Sunday:

Sun. 11:30am-1:15pm Workshop: Autumnal Equilibrium: Building Immune, Endocrine, and Lymphatic Health for the Season
Then, that afternoon, we’ll be walking down the block and having a social to cook/eat some of the recipes suggested in the Fall cleanse we are doing this week! Join us for the full retreat day or for any portion. ❤️🙏🏼🌿

Our Fall equinox Monday class last week included a herb smudge stick making session which was so much fun. The studio still smells amazing from all the herbs. Join me tonight at 6:30pm for a level 1 class.
