Because oats are often heavily treated in farming, it ends up in oat-based products — and people definitely talk about it.

And let’s be honest… the ingredient lists aren’t always cute
A lot of brands come with gums, oils, stabilizers, and extras people don’t always expect. All of that can lead to gut irritation, inflammation, hormone imbalances….. but we aren’t “real doctors” so don’t take us seriously 😂

So yeah… Joy is vibing.
