We are back up and running.

If you have called our office in the last week and a half, your calls will be returned today.

We are working diligently to get the medicals out, invoices out, and to respond to your emails.

If your emails have been bouncing back - you are probably using ".com" -- those emails are no longer being forwarded.

Our general info email is "info@av8rmed.com". Please be sure to save the new email address if you have not already done so.

If you are having trouble with our website, take out the "www".
I am unclear as to why this changed but just type, "av8rmed.com" and it should pull us right up.
There you can schedule or change your appointment. You can check out our FAQs section and will find links to different resources pertaining to conditions and medication.

We appreciate everyone's patience during this IT fiasco.

!!! Phone lines are currently down !!!
(in case you missed it on our business page)

Hi! Our office has been experiencing major IT issues since Oct 30, 2025 -- our emails have been spotty, our fax/scan is NOT working, our phones are NOT working. We are not able to check VM, answer calls, or make outbound calls. We are using a neighbors WIFI and have had several techs out.
The general info email, info@av8rmed.com is finally back up with some minor glitches, please contact us there first.

Our website is available for scheduling and there are links available to answer any FAQs, resources, and authorization forms.

Please help us Congratulate Dr. Jasmin Tanaja on becoming a Senior AME in less than 4 months!
Dr. Tanaja officially joined our practice in November and has hit the ground running. We had a goal to hit Senior by the end of Summer, but she did it before Spring and we couldn't be prouder to have her on our team! Dr. Jasmin Tanaja is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician who brings a unique international perspective to her practice. Growing up between Germany and Indonesia, and with family in multiple countries, Dr. Tanaja developed a love of travel at an early age, which fostered her interest in Aviation Medicine.

Dr. Tanaja completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Emory University. In the emergency department Dr. Tanaja prides herself on the ability to quickly assess and react to a situation while taking the time to know and understand her clients’ needs.

Dr. Tanaja lives with her husband, their two sons and Kona, their rescue pup. When not working, she can be found exploring the world with her family, experiencing new cultures, and building both memories and relationships that will last a lifetime.
