The most popular form is an annual, German chamomile.​​​​​​​​
Wait until all danger of frost has passed then sow the seeds where they are to flower. Chamomile does well in a well-drained partially shady spot.​​​​​​​​
Chamomile tea calms down stomach upsets and eases anxiety and worries.​​​​​​​​
Pick off the flowers when they are in full bloom and spread them on a muslin cloth in a warm dry place. Alternatively, you can hang them upside down over a bowl or paperback to catch the falling petals​​​​​​​​

While I’m not “chasing” the pain my clients come in with, I make sure that all of their concerns and issues are addressed at every session. Pain is surface level and after we treat the root causes, it usually takes care of itself. As the body is able to do what is made to do, flourish!! ​​​​​​​​

Black clients are more likely to get misdiagnosed than their nonblack counterparts. This is incredibly important because an accurate diagnosis provides the best foundation for treatment of the client. If someone is diagnosed incorrectly, they don't stand the best chances of appropriately treating the client.​​​​​​​​
