Join us for the Intercultural Couples Workshop Series at Fava Counseling Associates. This 4-week online series is designed for Asian, Asian American, and intercultural couples who want to deepen connection, explore cultural identity, and improve communication within their relationship.
When:
Online series start dates: Jan 20, or Feb 16
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM EST (4 consecutive weeks)

Online via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform

Liz Fava will be hosting her next Prepare/Enrich Facilitator Training on Friday, March 14, 2025. As a certified Prepare/Enrich Trainer, Liz will guide participants through the process of becoming Certified Facilitators in this research backed premarital assessment and curriculum.
The training will be held in person at 4840 Roswell Rd., Suites C202, Atlanta, GA 30342, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The cost is $225, which includes all materials. CE’s are available for an additional purchase.

Our one-day premarital workshop will take place in our Atlanta office on Saturday, October 19th will go from 9 AM to 4 PM. The cost per couple is $297 per couple. This includes the Prepare/Enrich premarital assessment (a $35 value), a copy of your couple report, a couples workbook, containing over 30 pages of couples exercises and material, 6 hours of training by a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator, and a certificate of completion (can be used to receive a discount on your GA Marriage License!).

Hello all!

Our therapist, Kristen Sessoms, will be hosting an online 8-week motherhood support group starting Thursday, October 3rd. This group is for mothers to build a community with other amazing mothers, support one another, work on emotional management skill building, and navigate the journey of motherhood together.

The group will be held weekly on Thursdays from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM, and the cost is $50 per session. (Scholarship spots are available if finances are an issue!)

Hello!

I wanted to let you know that Serena Johnson, APC will be hosting an Attachment Style Analysis Workshop at our Sandy Springs office on Saturday, July 20th from 10am-12pm. In this interactive workshop, people can learn about healthy attachment as they walk through attachment education, participate in examples and group discussion, and practice skill building and communication strategies together.

This workshop will help to:
● Recognize and differentiate between the different attachment styles
● Understand how personal attachment style affects relationships
● Gain a deeper awareness of relational strengths and areas of growth
● Identify attachment interaction patterns in self and others
● Learn and practice skills to build stability in relationships

This is an in-person workshop, held on Saturday, July 20th from 10:00 am – 12:00pm. It is open to all genders, and it costs $50 a person.
