The truth is, Black women experience anxiety at higher rates than most, but we’re often the least likely to seek help. Why? Because we’ve been conditioned to be the ones who “handle it all,” even when it’s too much.

Anxiety for us doesn’t always look like panic attacks.

Sometimes, it’s:

✅ Overthinking every decision.
✅ Always feeling “on edge” or easily irritated.
✅ Feeling guilty for resting.
✅ Shrinking yourself so you don’t “take up too much space.”
✅ Smiling when you’re drowning inside.

Sound familiar? You’re NOT alone, and more importantly, you don’t have to do this alone.

Before the ball drops be clear that this year is about stepping fully into the woman you’ve always known you could be.

It’s not gonna be about perfection this year; it’s about progress. It’s about saying “yes” to the things that bring you joy and “no” to anything and everything that disturbs your peace. It’s about giving yourself permission to heal and grow on your own terms.

Be prepared that the year ahead may have challenges, but you are capable of overcoming them with ease.

Your voice matters, your dreams are valid, and
your healing is worth every bit of effort it’s gonna take.

Imagine what’s possible when you finally prioritize yourself from a place of deep self-love.

But we draw the line at:

❌going to therapy
❌setting boundaries
❌investing on our overall mental health

Now hear me out!! I’m not saying anything is wrong with doing what you need to do for your hair BUT can we DO BOTH!!! There is nothing like a peace of mind, I promise. If we invest on the front end you will have better results for BOTH.
