God knew my heart needed to see this after a very hard and challenging, last month.

I’ll NEVER forget this as long as I live. ❤️

Due to functional testing, and the right bloodwork panels, my sweet husband detected a series of markers and correlations that concerned him.

Alex sent our client for a check up IMMEDIATELY telling him exactly what to ask for.

The doctor couldn’t even believe that his cancer was found as early as it was, stage one, and was blown away at the specificity of Alex knowing EXACTLY what to look for. He even asked for to be connected with him so they could speak.

Fast forward a few years later… and Robert’s wife came up to us in a coffee shop one day, with a little boy next to her. She asked us “are you Alex and Ashley, by chance?” (We had never met).

She then teared up and said to Alex “you saved my husbands life, and because of you, we have this little one” … as she pointed to her son.

For every challenge that small business can present, and every bit of resilience it takes to be 100% self employed- with A+A Wellness: Functional Testing, Nutrition, Holistic Health and working in our field, things like THIS make it every bit, worth it. 💚

Thankful for my husband more than words can ever say. He’s changed so many lives through his God given gifts. 🥺❤️

Alex and I are thrilled to announce OFFICIALLY, our rebrand! I’ve worked SO hard for the last few months, to achieve our 4th and FINAL rebrand, back to A+A Wellness: Natural Health & Vitality.

This was definitely the most taxing rebrand I’ve done, with all that’s going on- but our website went live Friday, and our car is being dropped off tomorrow for our 4th stunning car wrap with Create Graphix. 👏

Thank you to EACH PERSON who has supported us and our business over the last 20 years. Your support means the world to us and is the heart of our small business.

The upcoming ACIP meeting will include discussions about COVID-19 vaccine injuries, Long COVID, and how vaccine recommendations are made.

EXCITING NEWS!!!

Now that it's been announced to our team, we wanted to let you know...

After a lot of thought (and a whole lot of heart), we wanted to share something special with you. Over the next 6–8 weeks, you’ll start to see a new look from us… but the truth is, it’s actually a return to where we began.

We’re transitioning back to our original brand name, A+A Wellness. We will be rebranding our socials, website and overall look back to something that reflects our hearts in wellness.

Alex and I have been working together for 20 years, and along the way we’ve moved through a few different brand transitions. But through it all, our mission has stayed exactly the same. Helping people heal, get answers, and reclaim their health through our programs, functional testing, and ongoing support has always been at the center of what we do.

So as the name and visuals shift, please know this… the Practice you know and trust isn’t changing. It’s still the same heart, the same care, the same team, and the same commitment to helping you feel your best. This is still the work fueled by Alex and Ashley, just with a brand that feels like home again.

More than anything, we want to say thank you. Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and letting us walk beside you on your health journey. We’re so grateful for this community, and we can’t wait to keep going, together.

As I look back over some of this week’s fav moments, I’m reminded how faithful the Lord has been… in our marriage, in our ministry, in our business, and in the people He has placed in our lives. ♥️

Alex and I talk often about how grateful we are for YOU… for every prayer, every kind word, every person who walks with us & places their trust in us. We don’t take a single bit of it lightly.

Thank you for loving us, supporting us, and allowing us to serve you, whether through Ladies Who Love Christ Ministries or The Scripture Store, or our greatest passion- DrPND. 💚
It truly is one of the greatest gifts of our lives.

And as always, we’re grateful for each other… continuing to grow, learn, laugh, and chase Jesus side-by-side and for amazing Hilltop Sunsets. He’s been so good to us.

Try this for a mixup & make for your next gathering or game day! 🏈

Healthy fats, no refined sugars or oils and so much healthier…

Trail Mix Recipe:

Organic coconut shreds
Raw sunflower seeds
Raw chopped pecans
Date sweetened dark chocolate chips.

This combo is delish. 😋

Switch it up, make it your own, but remember … trail mix can masquerade as “healthy” while being a thing but.
Choose simple ingredients & the right flavor combos and you won’t know the difference. 😉
