My name is Tonette Ngassa. I am the founder of Inky Womenfolk. I have been in the field of domestic violence and sexual assault for almost 25 years. For years I saw only women in crisis. I started my business to provide healing spaces specifically for Black women. What do you do for self care? I first start with rest.
