International Women’s Day Gathering — March 8 🩵 This Sunday we gather in honor of women — and the strength we carry forward.
This workshop is open to anyone — especially women or those who wish to honor women — who want to connect to inner strength, embrace self-expression, and cultivate grounding, reflection, and community support through a mindful, heart-centered yoga practice.
Together we’ll move, breathe, reflect, and rest.
You’ll leave with:
• A grounded sense of inner strength
• Greater freedom in self-expression
• A feeling of deep rest and connection — to yourself, to other women, and those who came before you
