🌿 New Support Group for Migraine & Chronic Pain Patients 🌿

Living with migraines or chronic pain can feel isolating — but you don’t have to go through it alone.

The Summit Counseling Center is exploring interest in a new support group designed specifically for individuals living with chronic migraine and pain.

This group will use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) — an evidence-based approach that helps participants build coping tools, stay present, and live more fully, even in the face of ongoing challenges.

✨ Commitment — taking action toward what truly matters
