When I reference niggaz…NOT to be confused with Negus…meaning King of Kings…or Negro meaning Black…BUT any culture of destruction gets the title…Nigga I’m flipping it back on them and whoever aligns with the 🤡

Don’t be a contributor to the world’s destruction by your unwillingness to align with wisdom…

Happy birthday to my mama 💛

In sister circle, we were asked to introduce ourselves as our mothers before she had kids. That alone shifted everything for me. I saw her beyond the lens of pain. She was 20, holding both roles. Mother and father. We really grew up together. She couldn’t even legally drink.

When I think about who I was at 20… whew. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. And what I know now, I couldn’t have even begun to understand back then.

Today, I honor her as a fashionista. A light when she walks in the room. Someone who uplifts those who undersell themselves. A bridge between people. A heart for those less fortunate.

Later she looked at my body for cuts and couldn’t find any.

In this self help continuum it’s a fad to intellectualize “fixing” ourselves.

The way I look at it is…

We are merely breaking down the barriers to our pint size God selves🧘🏽‍♀️…

Once you recognize how much you been fixing what never needed fixing the more space you create for what matters…LOVE💖

We all have dominion, just not over each other.

Somethin tells me the sooner we realize that dominion is in our own mind, the sooner we release ourselves from the responsibility of saving others from their own experience and choose to fully have our OWN🤷🏽‍♀️😉

You know that thang called mindin our own business, the minding is in our own body boo.🩻🪞🕊️💛
