So many children and adults feel the intense pressure to be “perfect,” a goal that is never attainable, thereby ingraining a belief that they are never good enough. The anxiety this produces is lifelong and can be debilitating. Let’s teach children gently and lovingly that mistakes are opportunities to learn!
