I believe the most beautiful surgery is the kind that doesn’t look like surgery at all.

Surgery that is planned and aligned with long-term beauty and normalcy.

By repositioning and not stretching tissues, the lift I perform takes the facial tissues back to where used to be.

For this beautiful patient on her 60s, I used the extended deep plane facelift, structural neck lift, fat transfer, skin resurfacing to treat the structural changes that happened in her face over the years: the neck, jawline, cheeks, skin and facial volume were restored to rejuvenate her face while preserving her identity.

The result is a face that feels light and a jawline that looks as crisp as it did years ago. She is now 6 months after surgery.

It’s about restoring the foundation so no one looks “done”— just a refreshed, rested version of themselves. 🤍

Our beautiful K.! She is 5 weeks after her facial rejuvenation surgery and back to her routine, including an international trip or two!

She was one of my first patients when I started to practice in Atlanta, about 9 years ago. We started taking care of her skin then and it looks gorgeous in her 60s!

We did 2 small facial fat transfers over the years, and her skin has benefited from it tremendously. It has maintained her facial volume until she was ready for the full surgery.

I am honored and thrilled to be part of her journey!

It is such an honor to take care of this kind, beautiful woman that chose plastic surgery as a tool to help her look better through the aging process we all go through.

One of my natural skills as a surgeon and as an educator is a joy for meticulousness and precision, not only in surgery but in planning for surgery during my consultation process.

Seeing the shadows and highlights that affect the face as we get older, and knowing what to do to improve them requires experience and a clinical eye.

We need to do it safely and precisely. Safety in fat grafting was one of my lectures this past weekend at a conference for 400 plastic surgeons from all over the world.

Fat transfer is not a new operation, but the way of doing it has been refined. I have been using fat for facial rejuvenation consistently for almost a decade.

When well performed it creates softness and vibrancy of contours, especially in eyelid rejuvenation surgery.

I get soooo excited about my patient’s journey!

Aging isn’t about decline. It’s about structural shifts that I can help restore. I only work in ways that respect individual facial characteristics and highlights each face’s own beauty.

I celebrate more connection with my values, and for becoming more intentional with my energy, time, and presence. Knowing our place in the world and what truly matters to us is one of life’s deepest privileges. It is learning everyday a bit more as we grow older and hopefully wiser.

As you know better you do better - a lifelong process of cultivating virtues, healthy habits and internal beauty. The things that don’t age but make us better humans.
