💜 When your client says make the video because people need to hear this, you make the video.💜

So many people aren’t unhappy because they’re failing. They’re unhappy because they’re disconnected from who they really are.

Time is not guaranteed. Delayed decisions have a cost. Living authentically isn’t about perfection. It’s about alignment.

This is your reminder to stop postponing your truth. Don’t you dare let another year pass you by. Take this as your sign to start creating the life you want now!

💜 Fitness goals aren’t always wellness goals.

💜 If your goal is built on pressure, punishment, or comparison your body will eventually push back.

💜 Wellness looks different
It listens.
It nourishes.
It honors rest.

💜 Your body is not a problem to fix.
It’s a relationship to care for

💜 Save this if you’re choosing alignment over extremes.

What if the hard part of this year was actually shaping your next level?

Before stepping into the new year, take a moment to reflect.

This year may have carried pain, setbacks, or unexpected turns but none of it was wasted.

Within every challenge was a lesson, a stretch, and a strength you may not have recognized at the time.

Honor the growth. Name the skills you gained.

Acknowledge how you showed up differently.
You’re not moving forward empty-handed you’re moving forward wiser.

💜 Strengthening your body, mind, and soul isn’t about perfection—it’s about intention. 💜

Lift the weights, challenge the thoughts, and nourish your spirit.

This is what holistic self-care looks like.

💜 Food Resource List 💜

Lately, there’s been so much happening emotionally, financially, and spiritually. It can become a lot to carry.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, please know you’re not the only one. Sometimes, the kindest thing we can do is simply acknowledge that things are hard and still choose to reach out for support or help where we can.

If food has been one of your current worries, I want to share a list of local food resources provided to me by the non-profit organization Ubuntu that can help. Please see the images provided for details.

There is no shame in needing help — we all go through seasons where we’re the ones giving and seasons where we’re the ones receiving. Both are sacred. 🌻
