This year, the MAA formed a task force with a goal of advancing evidence-based policies that improve social determinants of health and result in improvement of the health outcomes and economic well-being of Atlantans.

We are proud to present ‘Addressing Social Determinants of Health: Housing’ featuring MAA member and President-Elect Theresa Rohr-Kirchgraber, MD in conversation with Colin Delargy, the Assistant Director of Strategy at the Housing Innovation Lab on the Housing Team.

This webinar covers what is being done in Atlanta to tackle housing affordability challenges, discussing how physicians can help move this work forward. This is the first in a three-part series that will touch on how physicians and healthcare systems can help influence housing, transportation, and food insecurity in Atlanta.

If you are a member interested in joining the task force or a partner interested in working with the MAA to help address some of these issues, please contact sandrada@maa-assn.org.
