A wise man once told me…

“Don’t build a BUSINESS around people who don’t have money…that’s what a NON PROFIT is for”

People wonder why I CHOOSE to work with wealthy CEOs, Business Owners, and Investors who make at least $100k a year

and someone even asked “what does how much somebody make have to do with losing weight”…

My answer to that is simple…

It doesn’t have anything to do with losing weight…

but it has a lot to do with their ability to afford me to help them with losing weight

Now this doesn’t exempt anyone from working with me…

Because if you aren’t making $100k plus a year but you are able and willing to get resourceful (like you are for everything else you find value in)…

then we can work something out

But besides the money it’s also the mindset…

There is a certain level of focus, attention to detail, ex*****on, and resilience that many successful business men/women embody that make them easier to coach and lead to the best results

That being said…

I ain’t the cheapest but I’m the best at what I do…

helping rich CEOs drop weight easily, build lean muscle, get a 6 pack or flat stomach…no diets and hours of cardio necessary

So if you are a Business Owner, Executive, or Investor making at least $100k/yr but you’re tired of being fat…

People talk about “Secrets to success”…

but in my opinion…

it ain’t none 🤷🏾‍♂️

There are no “secrets”

My key to success is simple

Learn about the thing, start doing the thing, learn more about the thing, keep doing the thing

In contrast here’s why I believe most people aren’t successful…

Most don’t believe they can do the thing or don’t know how to do the thing, so they don’t even start the thing…

and for those that do…

they don’t do the thing long enough

Now although I don’t believe there are secrets to success…

I do believe there is a “shortcut” to success

Now when I say shortcut I don’t mean you can bypass the process…

you still gotta do the work…

but there are ways to shorten the “transformation gap”
the time and/or distance from your current reality to desired outcome)

and make the road traveled less rigorous and more efficient

I call it the “Leverage Formula”

This is where you leverage
OPM (other people’s money)
OPE (other people’s expertise)
OPT (other people’s time/talents)
OPC (other people’s connections)

Simple breakdown…

I get access to other people’s money…

Use it to hire an expert in the space in which I want success…

Implement the information myself or find someone who has the time and talent to implement it to my liking to save me time…

Build relationships with people who’ve had success in the space and leverage their connections that helped them do so

Rinse and repeat

I did this to build my body and I did this to build my business

Very underrated but woks better than any “secret” I know

Sunset in Santorini ☀️

We’ve been together 8yrs and traveled all around the world…

but I can count on one hand how many trips we’ve taken together as a couple…just us

This trip to Greece is on my top 3 favorites list and was much needed for our relationship

thanks for accompanying me to the most beautiful place I’ve been to so far. Love you 😘

It’s funny because 15 years ago it was “Just wait til you turn 30”

and I whooped a$$ in my 30s

Aging is a blessing…

especially when it’s done gracefully

I feel wiser each year...

but I don’t feel older

I actually feel like I’m aging backwards...
