200lbs is not some magic number that automatically makes you a strong, ladies man, that can fight…
Matter fact the obsession with this number is keeping you fat, sloppy, and outta shape
Unless you 6 feet plus the likelihood of you NEEDING to be over 200lbs is not high
You overestimate how much muscle you have and underestimate how much fat you have…
Hence why bodybuilders use performance enhancements to get dat f*cking big
If you over 200lbs and over 30% body fat then you not swole…you swollen…
and ladies if you over 200lbs you not thick…it’s prolly fat
Now this may p**s you off but if you haven’t measured your body fat % (not to be mistaken for BMI) then just take dis one on da chin til you do
and if you wanna get da weight up off you so your joints can have some relief, you can breathe better, lower your risk of chronic disease, and get in the best shape of your life…
