Peace... and blessings to all near and far. 🙏🕊️💖 I have a short break from teaching and want to share some love on here. 🥰✨🌟 It is starting to be that time to be extra active with self love and self care. 🧘‍♀️💖🌿 These colder months often times lead to introspection whether we want it or not. 💭🍁🍂 I am planting my actions in intentionality and self awareness. 🪴🌱🧘‍♀️ I plan to do so with yoga/mindful movement Journaling and extra fruit and veggie intake for vibrational balance.. and aome yoni steams/herbs 🍎🥦🤸‍♀️

3/21 I celebrated my 30th.
I began this business, this movement when I was 24 years old. 6 whole years. I feel like I embody what i wanted this business to promote. while im not as active as I use to be, a goddess still be out here goddessing. and like i always say, in due time in due season services and products will spring again.

sharing all the throwbacks because i been tapped in!! Whatever your self care looks like sound like feels like, that's on you. I say feed your whole being- mental, emotional, spiritual, physical.
For me, it's movement of all sort using herbs flowers, meditation and prayer. I gotta get back in my journal bag. when is the last time you have journaled? or moved or done something to feed your whole self?
