When prevention partners from across Georgia come together, the impact goes beyond conversation—it strengthens our collective mission. In LaGrange, alongside Twin Cedars Youth Family Services Connections Twin Cedars , we shared meaningful, community-driven work and took time to reconnect through team building. From collaboration to a little creativity (yes, we rapped “Row, Row, Row Your Boat” 🎶), we left recharged, aligned, and ready to continue advancing prevention efforts across our state.

Our participants dove deep into health models and took an intentional look at the HCCG Framework—reflecting, analyzing, and building together.
