No performance.
No proving.
Just steady support.

There will be the gathering of community

So… I finally gave it a name.

The Pause.

It’s simple.
Sensory.
And meant to be shared in community… not carried alone.

A monthly space for the women who are always pouring, producing, holding… to come in and just be for a moment. All in partnership with in Marietta

I’ll share more soon. But this one feels really special. 🤎

I’ve been holding space for high-performing women for a while now… and I keep noticing the same thing: we’re doing so much, carrying so much, and rarely get a moment to just… breathe, to be seen, to feel held.

That’s why I’m creating a new circle. A place to show up fully, feel supported, and reconnect with what your nervous system truly needs.

Join me at the on Saturday, February 21st for Soundscapes — an immersive sound experience created to help you slow down, soften, and exhale.

Three sessions to choose from or come to all:
11:20 a.m.
12:20 p.m.
1:20 p.m.

All sessions will be held inside the Modern and Contemporary Art Gallery.

If you’ve been holding a lot… this is a space to put it down for a while.

I’ll also be giving away three guest passes the week of the event — stay tuned for that!
