Get the taste of a mojito without the caloric guilt! Mojito Mint Smoothies hit the spot!

2 Cups Ice
1 Cup Plain Coconut Milk
2 Small Limes - Juiced
Handful of Fresh Mint (approx 15 leaves)
1-2 Tb Honey*

Blend all ingredients.
Serve & Enjoy!
*Use your sweetener of choice. I prefer using honey or Stevia.

3 Whole carrots
1 Orange
2 Meyer lemons
2 Green apples
5 whole leaves fresh kale

Remember to peel your rinds from your citrus fruits before juicing because it will make your juice bitter. Enjoy!

Beating sugar addiction is one of the first tasks in your journey to better health and vitality. The key is to stabilize your blood sugar levels and slow the absorption of sugar.

Here's a smoothie to help you beat those sugar cravings!

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh spinach
2 cups coconut water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp bee pollen
1 tbsp h**p protein powder
1 tbsp cacao
handful of ice
Blend with a high speed blender and enjoy!

Bee pollen contains thiamine, also known as Vitamin B1 which is usually part of all major diabetes treatments. H**p protein powder will give you 4 grams of fiber from one ounce; whereas milk or whey based protein powders provide only 1 gram of fiber or less per serving. Every gram counts toward the 25-30 grams of fiber that we need daily and most of us are severely deficient in this area.
