Apple came out with a new software on their watch that can potentially detenct sleep apnea. Although these are not diagnostic, it is kind of great to see how improvements in technology are helping us become more aware of our health. As long as we take these to actually make improvements in our health. If you use this software, and notice you have sleeping problems, please call a professional to get a diagnostic test done before getting treatment. And use a professional to help you treat this condition, and not a tik tok star.
