Vickie has her masters in Learning Disabilities and taught children for years before retiring in 2013. She now reads astrology charts after beginning with personal interest in 1974 and getting certification in astrology in 2000.

Join Kate Drummond Friday February 27, for a group coaching on creating a sensory diet for your sensory and empathic kids.

A sensory diet includes activity enrichment to help your child with nervous system regulation, improved sensory processing, and reflex integration.

Kate will be sharing detailed information about creating sensory diets for sensitive children, teens, and adults- including nervous system regulation. She will bring her expertise as an intuitive occupational therapist, versed in holistic practices.

February’s theme is Sensory Diets for Intuitive Children for Star Child’s Comet and Supernova level members!

You’ll be learning from Kate Drummond ways that you can meet your sensitive child’s sensory threshold each day. Practical tips and ways to support your child provided.

Neurodiverse people have different sensory needs, or, “profiles”. Kate will discuss how to recognize them and helpful solutions on how to help children get the right input in their often busy days.

You don’t want to miss this one! And in case you can’t be live… you won’t have to. Each month we record the live experiences and they are uploaded for member to access at any time.

Even when (and especially when) a child appears to be highly intuitive, and/or seems to be in their own world, it is important to help them feel comfortable in their skin. Important to help them feel grounded. Important to help them feel connected.

How can we support our sensitive children? Join me on the Star Child platform and find out! I help parents support their sensory, empathic, and intuitive kids and learn practical ways to help them grow their intuition while staying embodied and grounded, from the OT lens of sensory support.

After all, who can’t benefit from developing intuition? It serves us all!

The theme for this month is the Intersection of Neurodiversity, Trauma, and Intuition. I had a great talk with Dr. Shiferaw earlier in the month that is recorded and accessible for Comet and Supernova level members.

On Friday 1/23, I will be offering a live group coaching experience for Supernova members. This includes journal prompts and plenty of Q&A time with me on the monthly topic. There might even be room for off topic coaching.
