Transformation Tuesday

This patient struggled with pubescent Simon's 2A gynecomastia that persisted into adulthood. Although he has a low BMI, his chest maintained a rounded, full contour that didn't improve with diet or exercise. In fact, weight lifting actually made the asymmetry more noticeable.

We performed an awake tumescent, minimal-access gynecomastia correction using:
- Power-Assisted Liposuction (PALS)
- A stealth incision for complete gland removal
- A no-drain approach for faster and more comfortable recovery.
