Don’t be so focused on the end goal that you forget to celebrate the small wins in the process.

If you walked instead of working out or you choose to rest instead of burning out, that’s a win. If you somebody said something crazy to you and you didn’t choose violence, that’s a big win!

Just because we are not exactly where we want to be, we are still doing the work to get there! Keep working, keep pushing, and throw a little fun in there too.

Having trouble sleeping is one of the top issues my clients work through. I know many of us will flip to a movie or show without any real desire to watch to fall asleep. Some of us binge on Tik Tok and before you know it, it’s 2am. Let’s break these habits! Let’s practice sleeping in complete darkness and see how we improve our quality of sleep. These are just some of the many benefits of doing so.

Here are 3 tips on how to make your room dark:

-Install blackout curtains or blinds
-Wear an eye mask
-Remove anything that gives off light

I teach women to do things for themselves and not based on a program I made. No one knows you better than you know yourself, right?
I’m just here to fine tune the process. We will make changes on a behavioral and identity level so you can develop skills to fit into your lifestyle and continue to see progress, even when we are done working together.

I used to offer meal plans for people but then I realized meal plans are not sustainable. Meal plans are restrictive. They don’t teach you how to eat but they do teach you all or nothing thinking.

Now I’m focusing on providing services that teach foundational skills that teach you how to eat for your body without it feeling like it’s another task.

We all have different wellness goals and we all thrive differently. Right now my goal is to lean out and build muscle so I adjust my plate to meet that goal. If my goal changes, so does my plate. Less restriction, more flexibility.

The wheel of wellness is a great tool to help you focus on parts of your life that you want to improve or change. We forget that wellness extends further than just what we eat and exercising. There are 8 major components in the wheel above. By completing the wheel you can get some understanding of what makes up your well-being and what impacts your mental health.

To complete the wheel you measure where you feel you are from 1 to 10 with a dot. You then connect the dots to see where you balance out. The goal is to be able to balance everything to a 10, which makes a large complete circle.
