No “warm” welcomes here, just a spicy, hot, blazing invitation to OCT26 Blast filming! Charli, Megan, and Mike warned us: we’d cover every square inch of our space on, off, and all around the step. And way above the step! They served athletic training (yes, box jumps!), walking, running, and jumping in every direction and dimension. The OCT26 workout is all about dynamic speed changes, like ramps (gradual increases), hard speed changes (exactly what they sound like, hitting the gas), and speed surges, which is fast-lane, fast-as-you-can-go. We’re heading into Monday more mobile and confident after the smooth moves of OCT26 MOVE30 filming! Suzy, Regina, and Jill, thanks for making us better inclined to train essential movements, using the ramped step to challenge our low bodies in new ways.

Dipping into the fountain of youth (a.k.a. the mobility squat), using the ViPR to train and stabilize, we can’t wait to use our improved fundamentals for whatever fun lies ahead!

The OCT26 3D30 workout is an unmatched – and perfectly unconventional – way to train on this first Film Fest Thursday.

Megan and Tiago coached the expected (revolutionary loaded movement, strength, cardio, and coordination training) but flipped the switch to hit strength earlier, then hit cardio later… and hit it hard! Add that to a friendly new game of catch with the ViPR, and our athleticism is firing on all cylinders.

It’s Film Fest week 1, day 1, and if we’re going to be ready to take the field, the court, the track, or…the next week and a half of Film Fest, we need to train!

Here's the truth: muscles don't "tone," a rather outdated word that our industry just can't seem to shake.

But we get it, "toning" sounds safe, non-threatening, accessible. Not that difficult to accomplish. And it sounds like it would look and feel really good!

So, let's agree with what "I want to tone up" really means: You want to see evidence of muscles, to feel firm instead of soft, to have definition (maybe not bulk), and you want to feel strong and capable.
