Where Stress Hides Most in the Body

Stress doesn’t just live in the mind—it settles quietly into the body. For many people, it shows up first in the neck and shoulders, where tension builds from long days, screens, and mental load. The jaw is another common hiding place, often tightening without us realizing it. Hips and lower back tend to hold deeper, emotional stress, especially when we’re moving through prolonged pressure or fatigue.
