Wrong passenger picked up.
Same story. New month.
And all we get is an apology and a couple bus passes?
Where is the accountability?
Where is the safety?
Where is the respect?
Because the emotional damage this causes… nobody talks about that.
As an advocate AND a business owner, I’m tired. We are tired.
