Hey y'all! I took some time Saturday to shoot some pictures of my herbal blends. Just showing you guys some behind the scenes.

I had been a little backed up, so I made myself some detox tea and it moved that 💩 right on out of me 🤣 It's definitely the truth!

For my quick lunch snack, my daughter made some wontons and Jasmine rice. I added some furikake and a fried egg. My avocado was too hard so we had to go without it, definitely missed that flavor! 😫
