"First and foremost this workshop was held at a gorgeous venue on a June day in Georgia with a sweet breeze all day. Lovely.

I enjoyed going deeper into the poses. It’s definitely more empowering when you know the why of things. The discussions and the deeper poses enabled that.

It’s also interesting to be taught some Eastern philosophy. Opens new pathways of thinking and interacting with others.

I like the way you connect with each and every yogi in your class. Makes the experience personal which means it’s empowering. I feel satiated after class both physically and emotionally."
