GSLA promotes the quality of life of senior living through education, advocacy, and partnerships.

GSLA, the state affiliate of Argentum, is a non-profit trade association incorporated in 1998 representing Georgia's senior living industry and the growing population it serves. Members range from freestanding licensed assisted living communities (ALC) and licensed personal care homes (PCH) to retirement campuses where assisted living and personal care may be a component. Other partner members represent:

- Companies that provide products and services for assisted living communities

- Other companies and individuals interested in assisted living

While GSLA membership is diverse, our mission is shared by all. GSLA wants to ensure the right of every Georgia senior who needs daily assistance to receive quality care in a choice-driven, dignified, safe, and clean residential environment.

Nancy Pass, CMP is an integral part of the GSLA team, helping guide the operations that support our programs, partnerships, and educational opportunities.

As Director of Operations, Nancy has spent the past four years strengthening the work GSLA does to bring professionals together to learn, grow, and stay connected — always keeping seniors at the heart of the mission.

Fun fact: Nancy once had to bring white, furry, light-up leg warmers to a GSLA event for our Back to the Future conference theme. Ridiculous? Maybe. Fun? Definitely.

And if she could invite any celebrity to a GSLA workshop, it would be Betty White, someone who embodied warmth, humor, and a joyful approach to aging.

We are grateful for the leadership, dedication, and heart Nancy brings to GSLA every day!
