Everyone should be ANGRY about this...

Many experts are warning that this years session will be good for land developers and bad for women. These bills are the latter, Senate Bill (SB) 164 and House BIll (HB) 289 are moving through quickly. Progress Florida, who helps us navigate Florida's hateful legislation, calls this the "Personhood Bill". Our state representatives are trying to treat fertilized eggs as equal to living human children. We learned in science class that fertilized eggs cannot live outside a female person, but living children can. A fertilized egg should not be granted personhood, because it is not a person.

Let's face it, they would grant personhood to my pinky fingernail if the Christian Nationalists told them too. Put a stop to these extreme bills today by calling your state representatives in Tallahassee.
