Say this intention as much as feels necessary. Especially when you are dipping (or diving) into news and current events.

The paradox of our time: an invitation to bear witness to the atrocities of the world and process related emotions, and then hold a high vibration (however we choose to engage) for the benefit of ourselves and others. An act of rebellion towards authentic freedom.

Don’t allow your energy to continue to be siphoned from those holding corrupt power. We have free will— call your power back and reclaim sovereignty.
