Walking is one of the simplest ways to stay fit. Every year, I aim to complete at least 3 to 4 (5k or 10k) walks/runs. I have to admit…I don’t always reach my goal. More than anything, it's the strength training, endurance and other benefits I gain from taking good care of my body.

Yesterday, I finished my first 5k of the year. One down, three to go!!
