Christmas came early! When first started she was afraid to pick up the 12kg bell, she could barely do a knee push up, and her cardio was seriously lacking. Several years later and she is squatting (2) 20kg bells, has a PERFECT push up, can run faster than most, AND, today she casually did her 1st chin up!!! Consistency and hard work pays off and she is a perfect example. Congrats, Maddie, I’m proud of you!! 💪💪💪
