Taking dairy out of your diet doesn’t mean it’s the end for all the foods you love. For me that one thing is chocolate.

I’m 3 weeks away from completing a 90 day cellular reset and one of the things I’m keeping it of my diet is dairy.

To be honest, when I first day Hall make vegan chocolate years ago I was like bet! Now, the store bought stuff just gives me jitters…multiple sugars, additives and preservatives just defeat the purpose.

As a health and wellness coach I’ve found so many ways to make chocolate healthy, enjoyable and hormone friendly. This is just one of the things I’ll be teaching inside of the 60 day cellular reset so if you haven’t signed up already make a move so that you will be prepared for success.

March in Georgia and the pollen is already doing the most. 🌼🤧

Before you immediately reach for medication, remember that nature has powerful support too. Nettle is one of my favorite herbs for seasonal allergies. It’s known to help calm the body’s histamine response and support your immune system during high pollen seasons.
Instead of just fighting symptoms, think about supporting your body through them.

If y’all aren’t tuning in to these lives you are missing out BIG TIME! One of the things spoken about today way normalizing talking about “Poop!” Listen up…

You can’t detox if you’re constipated. You’re just recycling waste.

If your bowels aren’t moving regularly, your liver detox is only halfway effective — and can actually backfire.

Your liver’s job is to filter toxins, hormones, and metabolic waste from the bloodstream. But once it does, those byproducts are sent to the intestines for elimination through your stool.

If you’re not moving your bowels daily, all those “flushed out” toxins have nowhere to go. They end up recirculating through your bloodstream, putting more stress on your liver, hormones, and even your skin and brain.

I remember as a kid, watching my grandfather come home for lunch and the one thing that was a must-have before completing his meal was papaya.

I can’t say it was my favorite, but I have grown to love it because of its many beneficial properties. And if you paired with raspberries, it is the perfect sweet and tart combination.

Papaya time, vitamin C, promotes digestive health, which thereby aids in we in maintaining a healthy weight.

It might sound unconventional, but having broth for breakfast can be one of the most grounding ways to start your day—especially for women dealing with hormonal imbalance and blood sugar swings.

This isn’t your typical breakfast. It’s warm, mineral-rich, and deeply nourishing. My version includes burdock root, carrots, radishes, and dried shiitake mushrooms—each chosen intentionally for their healing properties.

Burdock root supports the liver’s natural detox pathways, helping your body clear excess estrogen and balance hormones more efficiently.

Hormonal imbalance doesn’t just happen overnight. It’s a combination of life stressors, chemical exposure, traumas from childhood, the list goes on and on.

Sis, can we stop reaching for a “pick me up” and start fueling you for success.

Just imagine a day where you stay dealing with brain fog, bloating, and just overall “blah”

You may not want to hear this but you need to take inventory on what’s going in to identify why you are feeling so fatigued and low in energy.

Sugary morning lattes and heavy carbed breakfast sandwiches will have you slumped before your day even really started.

one of my favorite go-to breakfasts for steady energy, blood sugar balance, and hormonal support is this high-protein overnight oats recipe. 🥣

It’s easy to digest, keeps me full for hours, and helps prevent those mid-morning crashes we all know too well. And bonus — it can even help lower cholesterol which helps to balance your hormones. 🤫

Not literally and because I stopped loving my family — but because somewhere along the way, I stopped loving me.

When you spend years serving, striving, and surviving… your body starts to whisper:

This isn’t about abandoning your roles.

It’s about reclaiming yourself within them — your energy, your joy, your health.
