Ladies, this is my current obsession. Breaking a fast with fruits and fiber is gentle on the digestive system…giving it a nice flush before a heavier meal.

When I was in Florida I had a pretty good falafel and since then I told myself “ I’m gonna make some.” I already make the hummus why not go all the way?

Small intentional steps, overtime make big change…even in the opposite direction.

you may think you are eating healthy but it’s in the small, unassuming bites that add inches to that weight line 2-3 weeks later.

This is how my clients are able to drop a cool 10 pounds without even exercising. I see their blind spots because I actually get to know them on an intimate level and therefore I have the foresight to project where they are going in their health and wellness goals.

You keep waiting for something to change when that something has to be you. YOU are the change agent. You get the job, get married, have the kids and sacrifice your life and happiness…eventually you get to a breaking point where you decided “I can do bad all by myself” but… Why wait?
