Attempt #3 at making home made pizza on the Ooni oven. Pizza dough and fixin's are ready. Pizza peels are prepped and ready to go. About to fire up the Ooni oven to get the base board at 950F before we slide the first pizza in the oven

We will update everyone later and take some videos of the cooking process when we start.

A great article on what the future holds for the NY Rangers. The Rangers are on the rise. This 2021-2022 season and playoffs was not a fluke. They are a few players away and maybe a year or 2 of deep playoff run experience to get them over the top. While we Rangers fans are disappointed their won't be a parade down Broadway at the end of June, it's coming, soon!

The rebuild went faster than expected, with a trip to the 2022 Eastern Conference finals. Getting to the NHL's top echelon will be the hard part.
