My name is Mav Anderson. I had a total knee replacement four weeks ago with Dr. Shaun Traub at Resurgens Orthopaedics.
I want to say a few words about my therapist, Angela Maddox. She is the most kind, knowledgeable person, and helped me so much. She would tell my son about the footstools and tools for helping me dress, etc. that helped me speed my recovery and gain back my independence. I can’t say enough about her. She is very professional. I would recommend her to all my friends.

Edwin Angeles came out to my house after a total knee replacement with Dr. Quisling at Resurgens Orthopaedics. I absolutely loved working with him! Made me feel confident with the exercises and had me walking independently in no time. He did an amazing job, and I would recommend him to all my friends.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care I received from Lori Reethof during my in-home physical therapy following a total knee replacement with Dr. Mark Hanna at Resurgens Orthopaedics. She demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a warm encouraging demeanor that made a meaningful difference in my recovery experience. Lori was always willing to take the time to answer my questions. She gave me great confidence and peace of mind and was very responsive to my texts. I had very limited ability to lift my leg at first, but Lori assured me that by following the exercises she prescribed, I would see noticeable improvement within 24 hours which I did. I anticipate needing my other knee done in the future and I would love to have Lori again! I gladly recommend your services to my friends, many of the whom are also in need of a joint replacement procedure.

I cannot begin to tell you how much of a blessing Angela Maddox is to any and everyone in need.
Motivated, empathetic, fun-loving and still somehow manages to be FIRM on her expectations of you, I don't know how she does it!
Progress is not only the goal, but the very base and standard with each ensuing visit.
I can truly say without hesitation, I would not be at this stage of recovery level if it was not for her. There are physical therapists and then there's Angela, by far, hands down and bar none within a class of her own.

I had in home physical therapy with Angela Maddox for a three week period. She was an excellent therapist. She was so encouraging and yet very professional. She was always on time. She certainly knows exactly what she is doing. When I went to my outside physical therapy today they told me because of Angela’s work with me it made their job a whole lot easier. Angela is very talented and capable in her therapy methods. I could not have asked for a better therapist. I really wanted to hire her privately and not go to Benchmark but I did not want to not follow the rules of therapy. She is a valuable asset to your company and even my doctor’s PA, Suzanne, Dr. Gillig’s PA, said all her patients that work with Angela loved working with her. If or when I need home therapy again I will definitely ask for Angela and your company. Thank you for the opportunity to work with Angela. I cannot sing her praises enough. She is a true treasure!

I've been working with Beth Wood and Suzi Heintz for in-home physical therapy after a knee replacement with Dr Hanna at Resurgens Orthopaedics. Today was my last therapy session. I just wanted to say that they were both excellent, professional, and kind. Both ladies gave me great therapy and helped me a lot. I wanted to make sure they both received praise. If the rest of the staff is as good as those two, you've got yourself a good group. Thank you very much!

Today is my last day with Nora, my in-home physical therapist. I'm so sad to see her go. I just wanted to say how knowledgeable she was. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable with our PT sessions. Thank you so much for assigning her to me. I'm having my other hip done in a few months and will definitely request her again!
