Just wrapped up my 7-day sauna solo challenge, and honestly, it’s been the best “me time” ever! 😅 Here’s what I discovered while I sweated it out in peaceful bliss:

5. **Quality Me-Time** 🛀 - No distractions, no interruptions—just me and my zen. It’s like a spa day without anyone asking what essential oil I’m using.
