FREE Reiki 🙌🏾 Infused Yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ & Meditation 🕉 every 1st & 2nd Saturdays. Come explore your inner space of awareness! Our Vinyasa flow classes enable you to move slowly, while focusing on strength, flexibility, concentration, breath work, and meditation.

We will also learn what charges and discharges each chakra, and practice various healing practices for each, while using Reiki to open, balance, and align these vital energy portals in our bodies.

‼️All Reiki practitioners are welcomed. All lineages and levels.

Reiki share, also known as Reiki circle or exchange, is a gathering of like-minded Reiki practitioners who participate in group healing treatments on each other. Reiki share is an opportunity for former students and members of the community who have studied Reiki at level One or up to get together and work with the healing energies as a group. It is also open to those who are interested in becoming Reiki Practitioners. Students practice grounding, meditation, scanning energy, protection, healing techniques, and intuitive reading. The main purpose for the Reiki share is to give and receive Reiki in a casual atmosphere of friendship, honor, positive energy, and devotion. Feel free to bring your Reiki/Massage table, if you have one.

Disclaimer REIKI (also known as "Usui Reiki Ryoho") is a natural method of energy balancing for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation. It can involve "the laying on of hands" although this is not required for Reiki to be effective. While it can be used entirely on its own, it is not meant as a substitute for medical, or psychological, diagnosis and treatment. In fact it can readily compliment other forms of therapy. Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional, unless they have received training in such a licensed professional practice that supports this. (This type of skill is not a part of any certified Reiki training pro- gram). Reiki should not compete with medical doctors and their treatments. Reiki can be used together with any other form of medical, natural or alternative therapy in order to compliment it.
